Manu National Park
Manu National Park, representative of Peru’s best protected reserves, stands as an unparalleled example of the vast biodiversity of the tropical forests. The park features spectacular wildlife. Here you can observe the “Collpa” of the Macaws, where the colorful birds gather to eat; protected lakes where giant Otters can thrive in their natural habitat, and hundreds of species of birds flying freely overhead. You can also spot the Tapir in search of clay; Monkeys climbing through the trees; the Anaconda and the stunning Jaguar. The animals are free to roam in any area where humans are not a source of stress on the environment or to them. They are active members in a harmonious cycle of life. The areas you will visit on this trip are located within the boundaries of the National Park, where it is possible to participate in ecotourism, always complying with the standards of environmentally responsible conduct. The excellent quality of the services and amenities offered to you will make the trip to the remote tropical forest of Manu well worth it.
